Application Of Bis- (2-Dimethyl-Aminoethyl)

Mainly used as polyurethane foam gel catalyst, widely used in soft, semi rigid, rigid polyurethane foam plastics, coatings, elastomers, in polyurethane foaming system, isocyanates first react with three ethylene two amine to form active complexes, the properties of the complexes are very unstable, once carbamate bond is generated, it will dissociate, which is conducive to further development. Catalyzed, three ethylene two amine has strong catalytic effect on gel reaction and foaming reaction, especially for polyurethane and hydroxyl.


WHAMINE99 is mainly used for soft polyether type of polyurethane foam production, can also be used in rigid packaging, especially suitable for producing high rebound, semi-hard foam and low density foam.


WHAMINEF99 to water particularly strong catalytic effect, so can make the foam density decreased.


The high catalytic activity, less dosage, adjust the series of the dosage of the catalyst, can control foam and gel time.
